During this period, Mr. Bardill has collected the delinquent taxes on over 25,000 parcels. He has been instrumental in developing the foreclosure program as a method of tax collection for each unit of local government he has served. His efforts in getting these foreclosure programs off the ground to full and complete implementation have resulted in greatly reduced delinquency rates in the counties and municipalities he serves. Some of the tax offices he has helped now allow only 1 year of delinquent taxes before foreclosure proceedings are filed.
