By the 1950s, under guidance of Antonio's son Lino, the company was 300 men strong, and known throughout Europe for producing gas cookers far ahead of their time. In the 1980s, Zanussi became part of the Electrolux AB Stockholm group, whose investment has played a pivotal role in helping Zanussi continue to develop leading-edge appliances.
