Zavala’s is a homegrown barbecue joint serving your favorites such as flawless smoked brisket and ribs with a unique, Tejano flare. Scoop up your burnt ends in a locally sourced tortilla or try some of our Jalapeno Cheesy Hominy or fresh and Spicy Coleslaw. On weekday mornings, Zavala’s Barbecue transforms into the coffee and breakfast taco shop Mas Coffee Co., where Americanos and cold brew are beautifully matched with a morning variation of the Sloppy Juan taco. Zavala’s also offers their own unique brand of rubs and sauces available for resale. Joe Zavala also offers corporate cooking classes and catering services.
