Zayd Foundation

Zayd Foundation is an NGO looking to pioneer interest-free lending in India to the below poverty line (BPL) population in urban areas by providing small and micro business loans to beneficiaries with a view to make them self sufficient and come out of poverty. Another area of focus is to provide skill training and support to suitable beneficiaries in various vocations with the goal of enabling them to earn a respectable income. Zayd Foundation operates under a Shari'a compliant framework and is registered as a Trust and also under Section 12A of Income Tax Act with donations being exempt under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act.
