ZEBAI EU Project

Funded by the European Union with €3.8 million under the Horizon Europe programme, the ZEBAI project brings together interdisciplinary team composed of 18 partners to develop an innovative methodology that redefines Zero-emission building design. The ZEBAI project aims to integrate various analyses and decision-making processes into a comprehensive framework, enabling simultaneous evaluation of energy performance, environmental impact, indoor environmental quality, and cost-effectiveness. It also focuses on establishing a robust materials database, addressing discrepancies between simulated and actual building performance, and leveraging advanced artificial intelligence techniques to optimize material and system selection. The project consortium is formed by 18 partners from 7 different European countries, coordinated by Universidad Politecnica de Madrid (ES).
