Founded in 1961 by Eugenio Zantelli, ZEC soon established itself as one of the leading companies in Europe. Already by 1970, researches and studies aiming at the production of a comprehensive range of low, medium, high and very high pressure hoses were well underway. In compliance with all major international standards, these are the sectors where ZEC came to excel: hydraulics, pneumatics, lubricants, solvents, paints, chemicals and gas.
Today, thanks to the experience gained in these fields, ZEC produces an exhaustive range of both standard and special linear, single, multiple and spiral thermoplastic hoses. Such variety comes with a display of technical features offering a choice of internal diameters ranging from 2 to 4 mm; working pressures from 5 to 1280 bar and temperatures from -200°C to +260°C. ZEC hoses - depending on the type - are designed to face the ever increasing and complex challenges set out by industrial automation.

Rigorous quality controls - carried out with the use of sophisticated electronic equipment - and the use of extremely reliable state of the art technology in the design and production methods guarantee that all ZEC products satisfy all highest standards.
As a result of this continuous search for higher and better standards, the Company’s quality control systems were gratified by the recognition of the UNI EN ISO 9001 – 2008 certification. Working in compliance with the major international specifications - SAE, EN and ISO - ZEC thermoplastic hoses fulfil worldwide technological requirements as well as offering the highest possible guarantees of quality and reliability.
