We are a holistic fitness brand run by Zainab Shoaib that champions the idea that movement is medicine—an essential part of achieving long-term physical, mental, and emotional well-being. We offer a wide range of dynamic workouts including Yoga, Pilates, and Strength & Conditioning (S&C) training. Our sessions and workshops are available both online and in-house at The Iwan, Basavangudi, in Bangalore. Through our work, we aim to raise awareness about the importance of taking care of our bodies today to improve the quality of life tomorrow. We are also building a community based on inclusivity and empowerment, offering movement-based fitness and health education to women, children, and athletes (such as swimmers and cyclists).
