Zehen Global is a Virtual Tele Psychiatry Practice founded by Dr. Najmun Riyaz, MD a Board certified psychiatrist, to provide Psychiatric services via telehealth to Working Women In the State Of New Jersey. For now, she is the solo provider in Zehen Global and takes clients for psychiatric evaluations, consultations, and some limited Therapy clients. We take both major insurances in New Jersey, as well as Out of network Clients. Also Via Zehen Global Dr. Najmun Riyaz, runs a social media campaign to educate people about mental illness, and how to take care of one's emotional well-being. Her mission is to break the stigma on Mental Health and to encourage people to make their emotional wellbeing a priority. She does it in her Mother tongue Kashmiri, Via Youtube, and other social media handles for the people of Kashmir, her birthplace, where resources are limited and the stigma on mental health is huge. Zehen Global also provides the same education and awareness of Mental/Emotional health in English both locally, nationally, and Internationally through various community events, webinars, in schools, and locals organizations to speak on topics related to mental health, stress management, leadership building, Work-life balance and other Topics pertaining to Our Emotional Wellbeing.
