ZEIT BOULOS (Or Boulos Olive Oil) is the famous business name of ATYAB Company, a foodstuff company, founded half a century ago, well-known as one of the most prominent Lebanese companies in Olive Oil and Foodstuff Industry and Commerce. From the beginning, it devoted itself to the manufacturing, marketing, and export of mainly excellent quality Olive Oil from the best picked olives of Lebanon, as well as other food products like Olives, Vinegars, Pickles of all sorts, Molasses, Orange-Flower and Rose Waters, and many other items... Our strengths remain quality and constancy in quality.
With this vision, the company has been approved and certified to work with organic olive oil by IMC, and is proud to be the first Lebanese olive oil company HACCP and ISO 22000 certified by Bureau Veritas. Recently we joined the program of the ministry of Economy and Qualeb to be among the first Lebanese companies implementing the international traceability standard ISO22005.
During the international fair “HORECA 2013”, our olive oil won the first prize of the “National Extra-Virgin Olive Oil Contest”, under a jury of well-known olive oil connoisseurs and experts from Italy, Jordan, and Lebanon… In addition, our brands for olive oil and vinegar (natural and balsamic) were voted for the 3 consecutive years (2011,2012, and 2013) as “PRODUCT OF THE YEAR” by the Lebanese consumers, after a study conducted by Stat-Ipsos, in the olive oil category.
