Zenistry Labs is a multiple-industry testing lab. As well as an R&D, formulation, and manufacturing lab for the cosmetic beauty industry located in New Orleans, La. Zenistry Labs is a wonderful creative space that develops skincare, haircare, and wellness personal care products for startup brands with skin of color in mind. Also, testing for industries like cosmetics, toxicology, pharmaceutical, food, agricultural, and environmental. Our Labs Goals and Accomplishments for 2023 included: -Partnerships with local universities and high schools to expand our STEM Unlimited Program -Continuous collaboration and relationships with fortune 500 companies and brands for opportunities for students. -Paid laboratory internships -research innovation using in-vitro company partnerships to make advanced studies for skin of color or darker skin types. -creating a community mentoring program -Helping Undergrad students obtain a certificate that counts as experience on their resume to have a better chance of getting entry-level positions in the STEM industry. -more tech and indie beauty brand product development -Redefining the image of STEM and the cosmetic science industry
