Zenith property investments (leeds )Ltd was formed 2016 by Andrew and Jacqueline Westerdale. Having successfully built a portfolio of single let properties and serviced accommodation properties in Hull in their own name initially as a pension for the future. However after a cycling accident Andy was admitted to hospital, whilst in hospital Andy read Simon Zushi’s property magic and other property books, this inspired him to embark on his year long property mastermind course which he graduated 2017.
May 2017 Zenith property investments purchased an ex residential 22 bed care home with the intention of converting this to 10 apartments which was refused by local planners for lack of car parking, Plan B, an application was submitted for 3 large family residential homes which was granted in May 2018.
June 2018 Zenith property developments commenced conversion that is currently on going and will be completed by December 2018.We are currently looking at potential sites for new build developments and commercial conversion sites in East and West Yorkshire.
