We are a trauma-informed, sensory-friendly Holistic Wellness Center + Salt Cave. We prioritize an intimate environment with small class sizes to foster deeper connections between students and instructors. At Zenning, our Zen Guides share a deep passion for education and holistic wellness. We've cultivated a team that values and respects individual experiences to ensure the comfort and well-being of everyone we serve. Our commitment to the Kent and Zenning community extends beyond our services, as we actively participate in and organize educational and collaborative events, donation-based opportunities, and karma classes. Our Philosophy: We aim to empower our community to actively engage in their healing and wellness journeys by fostering education, facilitating collaboration among members and traditional service providers, and bridging the divide between conventional and alternative/complementary methods and services. The essence of our center revolves around community—plain and simple. Our primary goal is to establish a welcoming atmosphere where everyone experiences a profound sense of safety and INCLUSION. To achieve this, we embrace the principles of intersectionality, as outlined by Crenshaw in 1992, and trauma-informed practices.
