Zenon Asset Management (“Zenon”) is a private debt manager focused on providing flexible financing solutions for Spanish and Portuguese companies. Zenon is the spin off of Trea Direct Lending, founded in 2014. Zenon’s team has been investing together in senior secured debt in mid-sized companies for over 10 years. We target EBITDA positive businesses with a sustainable cashflow generation and assets that can be used as collateral. Zenon has raised around €1 billion in five different investment vehicles and completed over 50 transactions. We have been awarded twice by Private Debt Investor Awards as “European SME Lender of the Year” in 2018 and 2021. Our investors include family offices, pension funds, insurance companies, banks, government entities and international asset managers.
