There are many tools and techniques that can be applied. All of which need fertile ground to flourish. No single element on it self will bring long term succes.
It is with this philosophy that the name Zenyo Management was chosen.
Zenyo management is inspired by Judo as Judo is the way of Seiryoku Zenyo-Jita Kyoei via the concept of Sojo-Sojo:
The most efficient way to use the power of mind and body for a common advantage (doing the right thing) by working together and sharing together.
As in Judo, it’s is a never ending journey. This is also similar to change management and continuous improvement in organizations. Through focus and determination one can achieve results. The great and sustainable results however can only be achieved by doing the right thing and working together based on a common mindset and through deliberate practice with the right personal leadership. Once a certain goal is achieved this is only the beginning for further continuous improvement.
It’s evident that only through continuous learning and adaption people and organizations can prosper as the environment demands this continuous change.
