We are an experienced team of investment professionals and business builders with significant operating experience and a deep network of resources. We look for experienced, entrepreneurial management teams and the ability to deploy our operational expertise to help accelerate growth. Zenyth Partners seeks to invest up to $50 million in healthcare services companies operating primarily in the Northeast U.S., though we have the ability to invest significantly more capital in the right situation. We have the ability to invest in both new and existing healthcare platforms. While we prefer majority opportunities, we will also consider joint control or minority stakes. We are currently investing from a permanent capital vehicle, which provides added flexibility and a longer-term view with respect to our investments.
