ZeoGas has advanced term-sheeted project financing through initial due diligence and is now progressing the conditions precedent to closing on that project financing, including the Air Liquide Basic Engineering and Design Package, FEED led by S&B Engineers and Constructors and advancing the methanol off-take and CO2 sequestration agreements currently under LOI to definitive agreements.
