Zephyr's Nottingham

Born out of love for their son Zephyr who died just before he was born, Zeph’s parents Carly and Martin imagined a place in which grief, love and understanding could sit hand in hand. Zephyr's charity is community focused, and enables bereaved families to find support and connection in each other. Their offers of specialist baby loss and child bereavement counselling are strengthened by the creative and holistic approach to nurturing their community. Inclusive sessions and workshops include yoga, crafts, woodworking, wellbeing walks, regular evening support drop ins, and seasonal celebrations.
