** Zeppidy had to shut down operations due to inability to obtain VC funding to support the significant growth in Oregon and Washington markets that were launched and being served ** Zeppidy was a one-stop SaaS web platform for brokers/agents that streamlined the collaboration and activities of buying and selling a home from search or listing, all the way to closing. Zeppidy does not stop at search like other well known advertising sites. After search, Zeppidy used a patent-pending methodology for touring and showing homes (weekly Neighborhood Showings®) that made it easy for consumers to visit properties. Once consumers found the home they wanted to buy, their agent made the formal offer directly on the Zeppidy platform by leveraging the integrated digital transaction management capabilities. The powerful yet simple workflow with integrated calendaring, enabled the agent easily coordinate all parties and created a cohesive experience through the inspection period and closing. Active integrations with national lenders and title companies into the platform significantly enhanced the consumer experience and agent efficiency.
