Siamo una startup innovativa nata a Bologna nel 2019 dalla passione per l’innovazione applicata all’architettura e al design delle sue fondatrici, Francesca di Giacomo (CEO dell’azienda) e Silvia Motori (COO).
Tutti i nostri servizi ruotano attorno ad un obiettivo primario: migliorare la qualità della vita dell’essere umano. Per fare ciò alla progettazione architettonica affianchiamo l’uso delle tecnologie: siamo infatti l’unico Hub in Italia a proporre un servizio di design integrato con tecnologie hi-tech e materiali altamente innovativi.
Ci rivolgiamo principalmente ai settori hospitality, residential, corporate e wellness&health, proponendo soluzioni customizzate, uniche e futuristiche, senza lasciare in secondo piano le tematiche ESG, da sempre alla base dei nostri progetti.
Nell'ultimo anno, grazie ai finanziamenti regionali ottenuti, abbiamo sviluppato un'applicazione proprietaria nel metaverso, ZEPverse, attraverso la quale diamo la possibilità agli utenti di poter usufruire delle nostre architetture nel mondo virtuale.

We are an innovative startup born in Bologna in 2019 from the passion for innovation applied to architecture and design of its founders, Francesca di Giacomo (CEO of the company) and Silvia Motori (COO).
All our services revolve around a primary objective: to improve the quality of human life. To do this, we combine architectural design with the use of technology: we are in fact the only hub in Italy to offer a design service integrated with hi-tech technologies and highly innovative materials.
We mainly target the hospitality, residential, corporate and wellness&health sectors, proposing customised, unique and futuristic solutions, without leaving ESG issues, which have always been the basis of our projects, in the background.
Over the past year, thanks to regional funding obtained, we have developed a proprietary application in the metaverse, ZEPverse, through which we give users the opportunity to enjoy our architecture in VR.
