Zero Bypass Ltd.

Under a 30 year contract with the Ministry of Transport of the Slovak Republic, ZERO BYPASS LTD. is responsible for the design, construction, financing and operation of a bypass highway D4 to Bratislava, which connects Jarovce with the northernmost part of Rača, and an expressway R7 which links the capital city with the municipality of Holice. ZERO BYPASS LTD. is a consortium of global leading infrastructure companies, including Cintra, Macquarie, Aberdeen and Porr. ZERO BYPASS LTD. recognizes the significance of the PPP project D4 JAROVCE-RAČA AND R7 BRATISLAVA-HOLICE as part of the Slovak strategic transportation network, underpinning the commitment of the Ministry of Transport to deliver the Slovak Republic’s vision for safe, efficient and modern transportation services built and operated to the highest international standards.
