Zero Damage LLC engineers structural interlocking technology that allows the installation of steel moment frames without bolting or welding on site. This technology is patented by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (US 11,230,838 B1).
In 2016, the startup was awarded by Singularity University and the Puerto Rico, Science, Technology and Research Trust for the project 'Autonomous Seismic-Controlling System'. In 2017, the company was selected to the I-Corps Puerto Rico cohort no.5 by Grupo Guayacán. In 2018, the company received a grant of $50,000 by the National Science Foundation to participate in the National Innovation Network Teams Program (I-CorpsTM Teams). Also, in 2018, the company was awarded 'Solidworks Entrepreneur' by Dassault Systèmes SolidWorks Corp. In 2021, ZERO Damage receives $40,000 from the accelerator program StartupPR to expand the company's operations in Puerto Rico.
