ZeroWaste Pyrolysis

Tire pyrolysis is the process of taking used tires through a system of intense heat and pressure to extract three components: oil, carbon black, and steel. Our system refines the oil to be used in a variety of uses which may include manufacturing products in the medical industry, or in heavy industry, to name a few. The carbon black and steel can also be sold back into the marketplace. In other words, we completely recycle each and every tire in its entirety back into the market place. This method of tire recycling allows those who use tires to know that their used tires will not be clogging up a landfill, or sitting on someone's property indefinitely. Whether in a landfill or on someone's property, used tires pose a significant environmental risk. ZeroWaste mitigates that risk by removing used tires from retail establishments, agricultural lands, mining facilities, landfills, and other places. Community development is also important to us. ZeroWaste targets typically rural communities to build our operational facilities to boost economic development. We engage in a number of projects outside of pyrolysis to give back to the community and support enhancing the areas in which we operate. In addition to that, we are focused on providing employees with an exceptional workplace culture that is focused on them. We work hard, but encourage our employees to spend time with loved ones and in their communities through volunteering and other efforts.
