Zest! is the retail division of EFG Inflight Ltd based at Knockbeg Point, Shannon Airport. We are an independent, wholly owned Irish company, employing nearly 150 staff, many of whom have been with us a since the beginning.
Zest! currently has 5 cafés in the Clare and Limerick region. Our first café opened in Ennis in June 2010 with great success. In 2011, we opened our second café in Pery Square, Limerick at the Limerick City Gallery of Art followed by a third and fourth café at City East Retail Park in Ballysimon Limerick, and at Casey’s, Raheen, Limerick respectively. In addition we also have a café in the departure lounge of Shannon Airport.
Zest! is the catering service provider for The Sheridan Bar, The Atlantic Coffee Co. and the Zest! Market, all located within Shannon Airport. We will also have a new Italian-themed restaurant opening in Shannon Airport early summer 2018.
It is at our busy kitchens at Knockbeg Point, Shannon, Co Clare where our very talented team produce breads, soups, salads, cakes, hot meals and custom cakes by hand daily for our retail outlets, corporate events and private parties.
