ZEST project

🇪🇺 The ZEST project is supported by the Circular Bio-based Europe Joint Undertaking (CBE JU), a €2 billion partnership between the European Union and the Bio-based Industries Consortium (BIC) that funds projects advancing competitive circular bio-based industries under the Horizon Europe programme. 🔬 Promoted by a consortium made up of twelve partners from five European countries, this new four-year initiative (June 2024 - May 2028) aims at developing an innovative fungi-based fermentation system for producing protein, nutrients, nutraceuticals, and/or non-food by-products. 🍄🟫Follow us!
