ZFS Ithaca is Michigan’s newest and largest soy processing facility, processing about 40 million bushel of soybeans per year. ZFS Ithaca also features a large elevator for grain storage, as well as a transload facility serviced by both truck and rail.
When the plant opened in February of 2020, it quadrupled the soy processing capacity in Michigan, and will impact the agricultural economy in Michigan for years to come.
