In collaboration with design house and packaging companies, design and packaging service can be provided with secured IP belonging to customer. We can help customer ramp up with high volume InP PICs chips manufacturing with customized wafer processing depending on different products. In addition, single step of individual wafer processing could be also offered, e.g., mask creation, lithography, dry etching, film deposition, die cutting, etc.
