Zhongguancun Development Group

Zhongguancun Development Group established in April of 2010. It is a hi-tech commercialization platform backed by Beijing government. It has has registed capital of 12 billion and 392 million RMB. Zhongguancun is a world famous technology innovation hub, with over twenty thousand hi-tech companies, over 1.3 million employees and many universities and research institutes. Based on its goal to promote Zhongguancun hi-tech park development, Zhongguancun Development Group has three core businesses, which are: hi-tech investment, technology park development, and hi-tech financing. Hi-tech investment is to support technology commercialization, through equity investments. Every year, we invest in about 90 projects, with total investment of about $300 million, to support the continuous growth of portfolio companies. Hi-tech park development is to design, construct and operate hi-tech park infrastructures, incubators and factories, and to provide one-stop service. Currently, ZDG has about 80 square kilometers of high-tech parkland, and incubators, offices and factories space of 1.2 million square meters. Hi-tech Financing is to support technology innovation through various financing platforms, including hi-tech guaranty company,Micro-loan, VC funds, financial leasingand IP trading. In past 4 year, ZDG group already reserves more than 1459 programs, invested in 294 programs, service for localization volume for 4.1 billion RMB. Our investment bring more than 30 billion fund from other institutions to these enterprises. Projected revenue for these enterprises will reach 190 billion. We plan to invest more than 450 companies to 2015, and revenue volume for these companies will exceed 200 billion.
