zigzag are a modern independent tea company based in East London. We harness tea’s ancient culture while at the same time bringing it into the modern era. zigzag tea was founded in 2014 by Lucy Dolan who was inspired by the ancient Chinese tea ceremony “Cha Dao,” which she experienced first-hand in China. Adopting its focus on connection, ritual and appreciation, Lucy has created a modern tea company that seeks to align the past with the present. Her carefully curated tea collections; Pure, Plant and Signature, allow you to explore a whole new world of tea.
