Zambia Institute for Medical and Psychological Studies- ZIMPS

The Zambia Institute for Medical and Psychological Studies is a Zambian higher learning institution located in the city of Lusaka and it is registered with Higher Education Authority, accredited by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Zambia, Zambia Counseling Council, University of Zambia Department of Medicine and the Ministry of Health Zambia Mental Health Training Unit. ZIMPS College offers Nursing, health sciences, Psychological & Mental Health, and Medical programs to pledge the emerging need for competent health care professionals who can serve local communities and beyond. Founded in 2015 as Professional Counseling Training Institute the ZIMPS has since then been offering mental and psychological studies courses through its satellites in Lusaka, Western and Eastern Provinces of the Republic of Zambia. The Institute has grown intending to be the centre of excellence for nursing, medical and psychological studies training. The ZIMPS boasts extraordinary training facilities and affordable fees besides a dedicated team and culture of continuous growth with an aspiration to become one of top tier medical-related program trainers in Zambia. ZIMPS offers fully and partially funded scholarships to enable education delivery to everyone including persons from families with low income The ZIMPS University Offers corporate employee assistance in mental health and drug abuse programs to other companies to help them realize the effect they have on them and the businesses they run. Additionally, we offer counselling and rehabilitation services to individuals to help them quit abusing drugs and/or cope with their mental health problems and ensure healthy and sound communities.
