ZIMS has built its reputation, primarily as a security consultant and security services provider. Established in 1992, the Company has grown to become one of the largest security companies of Pakistan, with numerous branches all over the country.
Having thrived in the security industry for more than two decades, the management of ZIMS acquired enormous amount of experience in human resource management. This is because the company recruited thousands of employees annually, managed their records and payrolls, provided them with benefits, such as Social Security and Employee Old Age Benefits, and complied with their tax obligations, etc. There onwards the clientele of ZIMS, mainly multinationals, recognized this overlap and started to outsource their employees to ZIMS recognizing the level of professionalism and commitment the Company displayed whilst providing them with security services.
Consequently, in 2006, the team at ZIMS established it's HR Services arm under the ZIMS HRS brand which has since then been providing HR services such as Manpower Outsourcing, Payroll Processing, Benefits and Tax Administration, Workforce and Data Management, Background Screening, etc to a number of clients. ZIMS HRS' clientele includes large MNCs & local companies such as Jazz, Warid, Mari Gas, Tetra Pak and Gerry's D'Nata.
