Zin is a mental health organization which focuses on artistic medium, mindfulness and body in its treatment and improving quality of life. The therapists bring in clinical expertise along with deeper philosophical approach towards health and living. We do not believe in any heirarchy when it comes to a therapeutic relationship. We are actively looking at decolonization of Psychology when it comes to working with South Asian population. Our work takes culture, language and history into deep consideration.
