It is the only indigenous company in India serving both ferrous and non-ferrous markets from a single, integrated manufacturing facility. With four manufacturing units, six branches, and a robust network of 30+ distributors across India, Zircar is a leading producer of: • Silicon Carbide and Clay Graphite Crucibles for melting copper, brass, aluminium, zinc, gold, silver, and other non-ferrous metals. • Stopper Heads for iron and steel foundries. • Converter Segments and Liners for ductile iron pipe manufacturing using the +GF+ process. Zircar is the primary supplier of Stoppers and Ingate Sleeves for railway wheel casting.
