The Czech company ZLIN AIRCRAFT a. s. continues the tradition of the Zlínská Letecká company, founded in 1934 by Tomas Bata. Since then, thousands of aircraft have been produced in the factory at Otrokovice. The company specializes in the production of aerobatic training aircraft, and multi-purpose aircraft which are mainly for military and government use. Zlin offers the two-seat aerobatic Z 242L aircraft, and the two to four-seat model Z 143LSi aircraft. These products are the subject of ongoing innovation processes in order to meet the specific requirements of its customers. Additionally, ZLIN AIRCRAFT a. s. has a long tradition in the production of aircraft wheels, brakes and ejection seats, as well the production of spare parts and aircraft components for a wide range of clients. The company provides maintenance and assistance services and of course training packages for pilots and maintenance. ZLIN AIRCRAFT a. s. is the holder of all necessary quality certificates ISO 9001, EASA, FAA and other institutions, including certificates for military production.
