ZMI Arcadia is an independent production company focused on high-quality documentaries, independent films, and arts & culture programming. With a strong track record in international co-productions, we specialize in compelling storytelling and historical narratives. We collaborate with leading broadcasters, institutions, and archives to produce content with depth, accuracy, and cinematic craftsmanship. As a fully independent company, we retain creative control while meeting the highest industry standards, making us a trusted partner for thought-provoking and engaging projects. Our roots go back to 2014, when a group of executives launched Arcadia Media & Entertainment, a music publishing fund that acquired and produced crossover recordings. Partnering with Ingrooves / Universal Music Group, Arcadia built a diverse catalog spanning urban, jazz, classical crossover, and alternative rock. In 2020, Zermatt Media Investments (ZMI) acquired Arcadia, rebranding it as ZMI Arcadia and expanding into documentary and film production. Today, we manage an extensive portfolio of film, audio, literary, and music rights while producing original content that connects audiences with untold stories, history, and the arts.
