ZMPT is a health consultancy that proudly educates people on the importance of physical and mental health. I run seminars about exercise, nutrition, stress, habits, and illness to help anyone and everyone lead a happier and healthier life. I also offer 1-1 sessions for personal training, nutrition advice, illness prevention, and stress management counselling.
