ZO1 is a progressive architectural practice, cofounded by Bonnie Chan and Derek Leung in 2020, with a desire to create responsible, sustainable, economically viable developments with creative design solutions. We believe in build-able architecture and place making focusing on end users experience. We are a strong advocate in designing sustainable communities with building standards that generate positive values for the environment, as demonstrated with our portfolio of works obtaining LEED and the Toronto Green Standards.
