Zoe Mittendorff

With over 10 years experience in leadership and the recruitment and development of current and future leaders, I discovered my purpose in life, which is to create a safe space for others to flourish. Through my experience, I have developed a strong passion for creating change in organisational environments that allows internal cultures to move from the traditional 'command and control' leadership style to one of 'curiosity, communication and collaboration'. Leadership Development through coaching allows for a 'listen to learn, learn to lead' mindset. By creating a safe environment for our people to speak and be heard through the process of coaching, we enable the emergence of increased productivity, higher energy, stronger more productive professional relationships, creative problem solving, greater calculated risk taking and heightened innovation. My specific focus is emerging leaders, new leaders and middle management leaders passionate about developing in their leadership career. From my experience, these are the area's of organisations with the greatest impact but the least development. As a Professional Development Coach, I work along side my clients whether it be the beginning of their leadership journey, taking the next step in their career or wanting to become a more effective and respected leader. Through one on one individual coaching sessions, group Coaching Circles, and/or through internal or external workshops and ongoing coaching, I work with my clients to improve personal mindset, professional performance and organisational culture.
