Zomia Analytics

We derive our name from a geographical term coined by Historian Willem Van Schendel of the University of Amsterdam, who used “Zomia” to refer to the huge mass of mainland SouthEast Asia that has historically been beyond the control of governments based in the population centres in the lowlands. This is to highlight our focus area of North-East India, and the unique dynamics of the region & its peoples. We are North-East India’s first political consultancy and election campaign management company. We also work with brands and governments for marketing, advertising and branding strategies. Our founders have previously worked with the All-India Trinamool Congress for the West Bengal Assembly Elections (2021) & the Indian National Congress for the Assam Assembly Elections (2021). We are currently looking to work with upcoming, dynamic & visionary political leaders from North-East India.
