Zorin Finance are able to provide residential development finance from £5m to £75m and lend up to 90% LTC and 70% LTGDV. Residential and non-residential Investment loans are available from £3m to £100m and up to 75% LTV. Funds are typically drawn within 6 to 8 weeks.
