ZRF Group’s work in public health education began in 2020 when the need for clear health communication was more evident than ever. Through our work with nonprofits, professional associations, and health departments, we have established ourselves as experts in health literacy and communication. Our work includes professional training workshops, health education needs assessments, curriculums, and accessible & actionable health education content. Recognizing the role of digital literacy as a social determinant of health, we have helped community members and healthcare professionals build digital health literacy awareness and skills. Our unique backgrounds in public health, artificial intelligence, and clinical medicine allow us to help families stay informed and prepared to keep up with the ever-evolving changes in health recommendations and AI advancements. We focus on truly understanding the needs and preferences of our communities and the professionals who serve them. We work collaboratively with our clients to ensure they jointly own the outcomes. Our strong focus on maternal and child health stems from our experience and passion for supporting parents in making informed health decisions. We are a proud Member Organization of the National Network of the Library of Medicine.
