河南中天电气装备集团始成立于1958年，前身为中国国家机械部直属企业“国营许昌市绝缘材料总厂”，是国有电气绝缘材料和电气部件生产的大型企业，为国有电机厂、动力公司，军工和航天企业服务。2008年，与德国KFL公司合资成立了河南中天电气股份有限公司，投资500万美元用于生产线，检测设备和设计技术的引进，开始研发生产节能型变频变压器，风电，交通交通，核电级特种变压器。

The company focuses on the researches of new products in different applications and technology upgrades, several research and laboratory testing centers were built together with Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Chongqing University and Zhengzhou University. In 2011, we obtained the certificates of ISO9001:2008 International Quality Management System, and ISO14001 organization environmental management system. Products including Power Distribution Cabinet, HV Switchgear, Transformer Substation, Complete Switchgear and power transformers (below 35kV) passed the tests from CNAS, IAC-MRA, AL, CMA and others international testing organizations.
2012年，我们成功通过了法国施耐德电气的产品质量和生产工艺流程审核，成为其在中国中部的维一供应商，并逐渐成为其在变频特种变压器领域最可靠的供应商；2013年开始与国际一流电气公司包括ABB，西门子开展合作；2015年，公司产品先后通过了的ROHS, REACH 和UL 的认证，使我们有能力进入审核条件最严格的美国和欧洲市场。
We passed the verification system on process and quality from Schneider Electric (France) in 2012 and gradually developed to be one of their most reliable suppliers on VFD inverter transformers. From 2013, we started cooperate with other world level companies including ABB and Siemens. In 2015, our products won the certifications of ROHS, REACH and UL in sequence which enables us the capabilities entering US and Europe market.
