Zuberi Pilates Studio is a contemporary Pilates studio in Nairobi, Kenya offering small and intimate group classes under the instruction of a professionally accredited Pilates Instructor. We focus on empowering our clients with knowledge and awareness of how the mind and body are connected in order to improve their strength.
Zuberi Pilates also offers on-site corporate Pilates classes in the work place. We will design a Matwork Pilates class incorporating small apparatus to fit the needs of the individuals in each group and the needs of today’s office workers.
