Zuckerman & McQuiller, LLP

David S. Zuckerman, Esq. and Michael J. McQuiller, Esq. have each practiced law in the San Francisco Bay Area for over thirty years. Their practices focus on estate and tax planning, partnership and corporate law, and business and real estate transactions. David and Michael originally met while enrolled at the LL.M. in Taxation program at New York University in 1979, and formed Zuckerman & McQuiller in 1990 after a number of years working separately at various law firms in the San Francisco Bay Area. In 2012, Abraham R. Zuckerman, Esq. joined the firm as an associate attorney, and he was made a partner effective January 2021. In 2019, Michael V. McQuiller, Esq. joined the firm as an associate attorney. The offices of Zuckerman & McQuiller are located in downtown San Francisco in One Embarcadero Center.
