Too original to be perfect. Zula Burger is a street-food-inspired burger brand founded in Istanbul in 2017 by Kojo Hospitality Group. Named after the Turkish Word for "hidden corner", it began in the backstreets of Harbiye and quickly built a community around it's bold flavours and signature sauces; winning 'Best Street Food' award by Gault & Millau. With six venues in Istanbul, one in Bodrum and a newly launched international location in London, Zula prides its self on blending rich, indulgent comfort food with a gritty, urban aesthetic.
