Key Interventions;
Since 2013, Zulu Consult has been providing high quality accounting, tax and business advisory services to our valuable clients. A gap was identified in the market whereby, the Kenyan SMEs would not survive within the market due to mismanagement of financial resources. This was also cause by internal collusion that leads to misappropriation of funds. Hence, Zulu Consult presented the outsourcing, of the financial function, option to the market to help control this.
In 2017, through the continuous interaction with the market, Zulu further identified a new gap. This is whereby, organizations would have great business ideas and visions but the execution would fail. This is mostly due to poor management and projections. Zulu Consult therefore went on further to present the market with a different outsourcing solution; management consultancy to help provide guidance on the market dynamics, setting and achieving the set goals and objectives.
