Zupik is Indore’s own quick-commerce marketplace, re-imagining how neighbourhood shopping meets on-demand delivery. Instead of building expensive dark stores, we partner with verified local retailers—from kirana shops and produce vendors to pharmacies, electronics dealers and boutique brands—so customers get authentic products at in-store prices, delivered in ≤ 30 minutes or ready for free in-store pickup. Why it matters Fair pricing: One price across Android, iOS & web—no “app-only” mark-ups. Fresh & trusted: Products travel the shortest possible distance and retain local seller warranties. Seller empowerment: Retailers gain a digital storefront, real-time inventory tools and hyper-local ads without hefty commissions. Sustainable city logistics: Rider routes are algorithmically clustered to cut emissions and congestion. How we do it Hybrid tech stack: Firebase for real-time data + PostgreSQL for robust transactions. Smart batching & routing: Proprietary AI assigns orders to the nearest available rider fleet in sub-seconds. Omnichannel engagement: Social, in-app and offline touch-points create seamless user journeys. Data-driven operations: Live dashboards help sellers, riders and admins keep thousands of SKUs in sync. Founded in 2025 by a team of local entrepreneurs, Zupik’s mission is simple: “Make every trusted neighbourhood shop instantly accessible.” We’re still small (🤝 currently < 10 full-time teammates + a fleet of delivery partners) but growing fast—and hiring across Ops, Growth, Product & Tech.
