We are now Zutec — a provider of cloud-based construction and property management software with more than two decades of experience in transforming the way contractors, housebuilders, developers, and asset owners manage building data. Its solutions sit under four solutions families for document management, quality management, handover management and asset management, providing one digital ecosystem to connect the dots in building digitisation across the building lifecycle. Customers include Cairn Plc, Taylor Wimpey, Peabody, Greystar, Wates, Sir Robert McAlpine, and Homeground, and Zutec's tools have been used in the construction of iconic buildings such as The Shard, London, Wembley Stadium, London, Midfield Terminal, Abu Dhabi and Parramatta Square Precinct, Sydney. Originally setup in 2016 as a brand of Bond Bryan Architects Ltd, in December 2021 Bond Bryan Digital became a limited company under a joint venture between Bond Bryan Architects and the BuildData group.
