Zwapp was founded with a mission to connect millions of Latin Americans to new economic opportunities. We work with Latin American businesses to improve employee engagement and retention. We are launching in Colombia in 2019. These companies purchase a subscription to the Zwapp mobile platform to incentivize their internal and external collaborators. Managers send employees or external contractors points that can be redeemed by users for digital products and services of their choosing. Zwapp is a young company looking to impact the lives of millions of Latin American workers.
