Smitha Zachariah of www.zxp.design did her bachelors in Fashion design from the Srishti School of design in Bangalore, graduating in November 2000, and then went on to do her Masters in textile design at RMIT In Melbourne where she majored in tapestry design. She completed her Masters in August 2002.
Smitha started SZ DESIGN in 2009 and has gone from strength to strength doing a number of bespoke homes in Bangalore while at the same time being nominated for Interior designer of the year in 2016 by Good Homes and prior to that making the VOGUE shortlist for one of the 5 young interior designers to keep an eye out for in 2014.
Smitha’s forte is colour, fabric and textures and her tag line famously reads as LIVE THE COLOUR. Her design style and ethos is steeped in India modern.
