In 2003, several senior engineers, with more than twenty years' experience in construction equipment manufacturing, founded ZY Machining and Distribution Ltd, a modern full-service metal fabrication shop committed to quality and customer service.
We are specialized in the engineering of medium- to-thick steel plate and structural steel modules. Our core products are small to medium construction-related equipment parts/subassemblies made from steel plate with thicknesses ranging from 3 mm (1/8 in) to 80 mm (3-3/20 in). We also design and fabricate non-standard equipment and customized fixtures for welding, machining and assembling complex OEM products.
Since setup, ZY Machining and Distribution Ltd. has accomplished numerous milestones, together with the convenience and continued the growth of our clients. Our fabrication shop is ISO 9001 Quality Certification, ISO14001 Environmental Management Certification, and AWS certified. In 2007, we moved to our new facilities on a 35,000 square meter site (8.65 acres) with 25,000 square meter shop floor area in Jining, Shandong, China.
We are proud to be one of the worldwide Midori-Kai Vendors for Komatsu since 2012, expanding its services to other Komatsu branches in Japan, Italy, America, etc. With the consistently advancement of our management, logistic and fabrication capabilities, our clients are expanding to North America and Europe, such as Britain and France.
